Fine jewelry insurance made easy
Insurance replacement: We have worked with insurance companies for years helping clients replace cherished jewelry items, we help organize your insurance paperwork in advance or in the time of need.
Complimentary appraisals: An appraisal is included with every purchase that requires one. We also fulfill requests from other jewelers based on our established expertise in this area.
Theft typically makes us feel extremely vulnerable and suspicious. One of our clients had her wedding ring stolen and called us from the East coast. Since Douly's Jewelry was the original jeweler, we quickly assessed our files, identified the best way to replace her diamond quickly, completed the insurance paperwork and sent her a new ring without having to hassle our client. During the process, we updated her ring design, as requested, and we were able to find a diamond of superior color at the same value. She received her ring and it was like the loss never happened.
